The first is to comprehensively improve and improve the quality standards of 307 essential drugs.
The second is to implement a comprehensive sampling test and conduct targeted evaluation tests. Drug testing institutions at all levels will build a quality information sharing platform covering the whole country.
Third, the nationwide launch of the national essential drug catalogue full range of electronic supervision, this year will include microbial drugs and injections into the electronic regulatory network.
The fourth is to improve the city-level drug adverse reaction monitoring, reporting and evaluation system, and carry out quality monitoring pilots in production, distribution and use.
In Shao Mingli's view, although the national food and drug supervision work has made great achievements in the past year, the current supervision work still faces many problems and difficulties, and some problems are still very prominent. “The adjustment of catering services, health food and cosmetics supervision duties has not yet been put in place. In most places, catering services are basically in a state of responsibility and no team, and it is difficult to implement regulatory measures.”
        In addition to the outstanding performance of the above-mentioned problems, Shao Mingli also said that the implementation of the responsibility system of “the local government has the overall responsibility, the supervision departments are responsible, and the enterprise is the first responsible person” is not yet in place, the working mechanism is still not perfect; the supervision ability is not suitable. The development of the situation requires that the administrative supervision and technical supervision teams have gaps in both quantity and quality. Due to the influence of institutional reforms, negative and scornful emotions still exist to varying degrees in some places, and cadres and styles need to be further improved.
According to statistics, the total industrial output value of China's food and drug industry has grown from less than 1 trillion yuan in 2000 to more than 5 trillion yuan in 2008. The growth rate of the total output value of the food and drug industry has exceeded the growth rate of GDP.
